Aero possesses its own technology of microencapsulation based on the "in situ" method of polymerization. Different conditions of microencapsulation regulate the size, proportion of particles size, thickness and structure of walls and properties of microcapsules. The achieved microcapsules are in a form of water dispersion which can be dried and turned to powder.

Aero is specialised in microencapsulation of various essential oils, considering their physical and chemical characteristics. We can produce microcapsules not just to scent the products but also to achieve different effects like microbicidal effect, deodorising effect, treatments with inhalations, protection against insects, etc.

Our base of knowledge includes a wide range of various paraffins having different melting points which can be microencapsulated for PCM. The technology of microencapsulation provides PCM materials to be built in the textile products as well as in other carriers.
